As one of the first organizations to provide services for international professional certifications, Beijing Gaoyang Professional Education Development Center (hereinafter “Center” or “Gaoyang Education”) is dedicated to promote the international cooperation and exchanges of higher education degree program and professional certification program. 
At present Gaoyang Education represents American Certification Institute’s (ACI) certificate programs of HR Management, Marketing Management, Professional Management and Banking Management, The City and Guilds of London Institute (C&G)’s Certificate Programs of Training the trainer, Food and Beverage Service, etc and British IVQ international nursing program in China.
Gaoyang Education applies modern management practice with a clear strategic object to develop Chinese professional education. With a staff of more than 50, there are 9 specialized departments and one subsidiary company named Beijing Sunin Culture Exchange Co. Ltd (BSCE) within Gaoyang Education.
As an affiliate of the Chinese Adult Education Association which is under the direct supervision of Ministry of Education, Gaoyang Education has set up testing and training centers in every major city of China and keeps a very close relationship with ministries and commissions of Chinese government.
Today, Gaoyang Education has been the leader who successfully introduces and actively promotes the overseas professional certifications in China.

So far we have certified more than ten thousand professions and set up alliance partnership with about 60 training and testing centers in China. 

 In 2003，the Ministry of Personnel of Hebei Province approved Gaoyang Education to promote ACI and C&G certificate programs in Hebei Province.

In 2004, the Chinese Scholars of Personal Ministry issued an order for the promotion of Gaoyang Education’s ACI and C&G certificate programs in China.

In 2005, Gaoyang Education had American Purchasing Society’s CAP, CPP and CPPM certification program approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security which is now called Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security of China in 2005. 

 In August 2007, National Professional Qualification Training and Authentication Experimental Base approved Gaoyang Education to promote ACI’s certificate programs of HR Management, Marketing Management and Professional Management in Hebei province and the other seven neighbor provinces.

Market the international professional certificate programs in China more aggressively

On the base of 63 training and testing centers, Gaoyang Education plans to set up 100 centers by the end of 2009.

Strengthen the cooperation with the China Self-study Higher Education Examinations Authority

The China Self-study Higher Education Examinations Authority which is affiliated to China Ministry of Education has expressed its interest in working with Gaoyang Education on the combination between Chinese university degree and overseas prestigious HR/Marketing certification. Gaoyang Education has appointed its subsidiary company Beijing Sunin Culture Exchange Co. Ltd to look for prestigious professional certifications of HR management and Marketing Management. According to the statistic provided by the China Self-study Higher Education Examinations Authority, 100 thousand applicants have applied for the cooperative program which combines the British purchasing and logistics management certification with the Chinese degree. We are much more optimistic about the HR and Marketing program cooperation.

As an affiliate of the Chinese Adult Education Association (CAEA), actively promote the international cooperation and exchanges of higher education degree program and professional certification program

As an affiliate of the Chinese Adult Education Association which is under the direct supervision of Ministry of Education, Gaoyang Education plans to introduce more excellent international certification programs and make full use of CAEA’s nationwide members to promote these programs.

Strengthen the cooperation with the China Central Radio and TV University

Gaoyang Education will also keep a close cooperative relationship with the China Central Radio and TV University this year. Gaoyang Education will try to combine the certification with degree and bring its certification programs into the educational programs of the China Central Radio and TV University step by step. Both parties have decided to cooperate on British IVQ international nursing program and American marketing certificate program first. Regarding the nursing program, the China Central Radio and TV University has 58000 students who are studying this. We can expect a good market prospect for this program.

Work on the overseas internship program

In order to solve the employment problem of the certified students, Gaoyang Education has been working with Scholl of Continuing Education, Tsinghua University, the Chinese Adult Education Association and China Center of International Education Exchange to send the certified student overseas to serve as an intern with pay.
