鉴于近日有某些不明身份的机构或个人冒用美国认证协会(ACI）（以下简称“ACI”） 中国总部名义在媒体发布虚假声明，严重侵害了ACI及其中国合作伙伴的商业信誉，并严重扰乱了国内注册人力资源管理、注册营销管理等认证工作秩序。为此，ACI及其中国合作伙伴严正声明如下：Recently some organizations and individuals have made fallacious statements which are contained in a newspaper. This newspaper referred to an organization called Headquarters (China) to American Certification Institute (ACI). The purpose of this statement is to counter this fallacious statement in order to safeguard the business reputation of ACI and Its partners.

      1．美国认证协会ACI从未在中国境内注册成立以“美国认证协会(ACI )中国总部”为名的办事机构。ACI has never done business under the name of Headquarters (China) to American Certification Institute (ACI).

      2.中国专家科技经济咨询中心国际职业资格证书中国考试指导中心（以下简称“咨询中心，’）系ACI在中国的主要合作伙伴，其受托在中国独家代理注册人力资源管理等认证工作。北京高扬职业教育发展中心是咨询中心职业资格认证项目的唯一的具体承办机构。Ministry of Personnel China Expert Science and Technology Economy Consultation Center (hereinafter "Consultation Center") is ACI's main partner in China, and is the exclusive agent to conduct the four certification programs including CHRM and CMM. Beijing Gaoyang Vocational Education Development Center is the only ACI partner representative for Professional Qualification Certification Programs.

      3.上海市浦东新区人才交流中心业已取得咨询中心之授权，目前是上海区域内唯一从事ACI人力资源项目培训考核业务的机构，其他任何机构均无权以ACI名义开展课程的培训、考核、认证业务。Shanghai Pudong Talent Exchange Center of New Area has obtained written Gao Yang authorization to recruit students for the CHRM program in Shanghai. Pudong Talent Exchange Center of New Area is the exclusive training center in charge of CHRM training and professional certification in Shanghai. Other organizations in Shanghai have no right to develop ACI Programs using the name of ACI.

      4. ACI唯一合法、正式网站为www.amcertinst.org及www.amcertinst.orR.cn,其他任何以 ACI名义开设的网站均属非法。The only legitimate and official websites of ACI are: www.amcertinst.org and www.amcertinst.org.en. Any other website is illegal．
